This one is really my favourate choice. Mike Steup is actually a programmer and has developed several software packages to assist peolple with their websites.
But what I appreciate of his products is his articles. He has litterary thousands of articles that can be selected and used on various websites.

You can edit them to your hearts contend and use them as you like. It is your property and you can post them in any of your blogs or websites.
